Key Responsibilities
Integration Management & Partner Support

Manage and oversee the integration process, including troubleshooting and providing clear explanations of technical documentation.

Act as the first point of contact for partner queries via chat and ticketing systems, offering initial technical support.

Configure and maintain system settings in the back office to ensure smooth operations.

Own and drive the **change management process**, ensuring all system changes are well-documented and effectively communicated.
Internal IT & Security

Oversee the **internal IT helpdesk**, including managing company equipment, troubleshooting issues, and ordering new hardware/software as needed.

Maintain internal IT security practices, ensuring compliance with best security standards and policies.

Provide basic **WordPress** support, including content updates, plugin management, and troubleshooting minor website issues.
Requirements

2+ years in online casino industry is a must

Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Experience with system integrations and API documentation.

Familiarity with IT support and security best practices.

Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Basic knowledge of **WordPress** for content management and minor customizations.
