Key Responsibilities 

Integration Management & Partner Support

  • Manage and oversee the integration process, including troubleshooting and providing clear explanations of technical documentation.

  • Act as the first point of contact for partner queries via chat and ticketing systems, offering initial technical support.

  • Configure and maintain system settings in the back office to ensure smooth operations.

  • Own and drive the **change management process**, ensuring all system changes are well-documented and effectively communicated.

Internal IT & Security

  • Oversee the **internal IT helpdesk**, including managing company equipment, troubleshooting issues, and ordering new hardware/software as needed.

  • Maintain internal IT security practices, ensuring compliance with best security standards and policies.

  • Provide basic **WordPress** support, including content updates, plugin management, and troubleshooting minor website issues.

Requirements

  • 2+ years in online casino industry is a must

  • Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

  • Experience with system integrations and API documentation.

  • Familiarity with IT support and security best practices.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Basic knowledge of **WordPress** for content management and minor customizations.
